Our Trainings & Offerings

At Rooted & Resourced, we help people reconnect with the body’s natural ability to restore balance, manage stress, and build resilience.

Through trainings based on the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)—developed by the Trauma Resource Institute—participants learn practical, body-based skills that support well-being in everyday life.

CRM teaches simple techniques that help people understand how stress affects the nervous system and how to return to a state of balance known as the Resilient Zone. These skills are easy to learn and can be used at home, in the workplace, and throughout the community

Community Resiliency Model (CRM)


Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a simple and powerful process for creating the life and wellness you want. The WRAP process supports you to identify the tools that keep you well and create action plans to put them into practice in your everyday life. All along the way, WRAP helps you incorporate key recovery concepts and wellness tools into your plans and your life.

Sometimes the body says what words cannot.

When we’ve been pushing hard, carrying too much, surviving constant stress, or moving through transitions, our nervous systems can become overloaded. You may feel exhausted but unable to rest, emotionally flooded, disconnected, irritable, shut down, overwhelmed, or like you’re “about to crash out.” The Reset Room was created as a gentle space to pause, regulate, reconnect, and return to yourself.

The Reset Room is a peer-supported wellness offering through Rooted & Resourced, LLC, designed to help individuals restore balance within the body, mind, and spirit using evidence-based, lived-experience-informed practices that support nervous system wellbeing.

Sessions may incorporate:

  • grounding and resourcing practices

  • nervous system regulation skills

  • peer support and reflective listening

  • body awareness and tracking

  • wellness and recovery-oriented planning tools

  • breathing, mindfulness, and restorative practices

  • trauma-informed and resilience-building approaches

This is not therapy or crisis intervention. It is a supportive wellness space rooted in human connection, regulation, and restoration.

Session Options

  • 15-minute Reset
    A brief pause to ground, regulate, and reconnect

  • 30-minute Reset
    A deeper restorative session with space for reflection and skill-building

Sessions are available:

  • virtually

  • in person (when available/location appropriate)
